Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of EFAX ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
- Continuously monitor and improve ERP system performance to meet evolving business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and upgrades, preferably with EFAX or similar systems.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving change management.
