Job Title: Senior Web Developer (.NET, PHP, Angular)
Location: Essex (Hybrid / 2-3 Days in Office)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s web applications. You will focus on backend development using .NET and PHP while also bringing your expertise in Angular for frontend tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects, optimise legacy code, and drive innovation with new feature development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and PHP.
- Build intuitive, dynamic user interfaces using Angular.
- Optimise application performance through code refactoring and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and PHP development.
- Proficient in Angular for frontend development.
- Extensive experience with code optimisation and refactoring.
- Proven ability to work with and improve legacy codebases.
- Solid understanding of database management (SQL/MySQL).
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
